Delivery:
Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If your order is a gift, it is best to advise the recipient that a parcel has been sent. Please understand that we must charge a separate fee for every delivery address within Australia.
Exchanges & Returns:
You can return items in original condition within 30 days of receipt and obtain an exchange or refund on that item. We must receive such items within the 30-day period. Items received by us after the 30-day period will be returned to the sender. We are happy to refund or exchange when the item purchased is faulty or defective, not fit for purpose, or if it does not match the description or sample shown. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable. Call us to arrange an exchange or refund.
